Our founder, Andy, first discovered his passion for the water as a child while retrieving lost golf balls from a local lake—an experience that sparked his deep understanding of aquatic ecosystems. This early fascination with nature evolved into a lifelong commitment to studying and managing the delicate aquatic ecosystems he adored. His avant-garde approach brings a unique, innovative eye to your pond restoration and management.
Today, that passion spans generations. Callum joined the company at just 13 years old. Over the last ten years, Callum has mastered every facet of the business from the ground up, combining traditional craft with modern environmental engineering. To ensure your experience from first contact to final handover is completely seamless. Jessica manages our office operations, providing the organised care and attention that anchors our family-run business.
